As the Founding Managing Director of the first-ever collegiate chapter of Women Make Movies at Texas Tech University, I had the privilege of bringing this internationally recognized nonprofit's mission to life on campus. This initiative was all about empowering women in film and media, fostering a community where creative voices could flourish. I led the charge in establishing our chapter, overseeing programming, outreach, and operations while ensuring that every event, workshop, and screening we hosted resonated with our core mission. Through dynamic graphic designs, compelling advertising campaigns, and hands-on leadership, I helped build a platform where aspiring filmmakers and media professionals could learn, connect, and grow.
